"Stated at the Sci Tech in Raytown where they diagnosed my problem as needing to replace catalytic converter and evaporator cannister valve. After leaving I noticed my problem was still happening. Went back the next day and technician said that it had to be the spark plugs. Okay so now I had the spark plugs changed. Drove around the city and noticed that my problem is still happening. So when I took it in the 3rd time Coty was telling me that this is the last day they will be open but he recommended me taking my car to the Sci Tech in Grandview. Because of the great service that Coty provided at the Sci Tech in Raytown I decided to call the Grandview location. When speaking with Mr. Ari I can tell that he truely wanted to make things right because of what happened at Raytown location. Ari not only took care of the problem but made me a customer for life. Thanks to the Sci Tech in Grandview for being loyal to your customers."
