"A game day , a Sunday in Springfield Missouri and one of the largest petrol / convenience store chains in the region cannot ( or will not ) break a 100 dollar bill? ( debit card not loaded ) Nonsense . Had to sit at a pump and wait for someone to bring a little fuel to me so that I could find a store that still honors Federal Reserve Notes and also had some snacks for my son. Found that store and I’ll keep spending my cash and using my debit card there and not visit any Casey’s store again."

"Not about Pizza! Very disgusted. I went in and made a purchase. I had my service animal with me at the time. I got to my car and realized I could use a bit more water for him so I took a cup of my own in and asked about getting water. She says .52 cents. OMG, anything to gouge the public. This may NOT be at all Casey's but it certainly was for this location! I did not pay this, I left the place! I'm first off a paying customer and could have easily gone into the bathroom and got the water for free! Go to Kum and Go when possible, they care about their customers! Once an employee grabbed a cup of ice and water for my service animal after I'd made a purchase of water but needed a cup, now that's customer service and a company that deserves my business!"

"When I arrived at the Casey's at 2715 West Chestnut, she stated that I had the wrong address for my pizza. As shown by the picture attached it was the correct address they just had not made the pizza. I had to wait for an additional 10 minutes because they had not even started the pizza. When the pizza was "finished" it wasn't even correctly cut. Additionally they didn't not even address the mistake made and the gentleman at the front counter made a comment that I didn't wait the full time when I walked in the second time to pick up the pizza, That should have been made 10 minutes earlier. Usually I am happy with the service I receive. I will be calling the morning to speak with a manager about how they treat customers and how the night shift handles mistakes they make. Over all I love this Casey's just this particular staff needs training on how to correct any mistakes they may make."
