"Placed order for pizza online and it said they would be ready at 8:16, I show up at 8:24 to pick them up and they hadn't even started working on them! Then when I go to pay, the cashier was texting on her phone the entire time I was trying to pay. Literally the only thing she said to me was "do you want your receipt" Clearly whatever was on her phone was more important than providing good customer service."
