"I ordered a pizza for delivery at about 10:30 PM. It said it would be an hour wait. Delivery would be at 11:45. I watched the tracker (which they use DoorDash drivers). One showed up, was there for a couple of minutes and then dropped the order. It gets reassigned to a new dasher. They’re at the store. It’s 11:45. They’re there maybe 5 minutes when I get a text saying my order had been cancelled. It said to contact the store for more info. I tried calling. It’s 11:55. I get an automated message saying the store is closed. Meanwhile, DoorDash shows the order has been cancelled but it still shows in the Casey’s app as active. I’m writing this now at 4AM. It’s been cleared out of the app however I’ve not gotten a refund on my money. I basically got charged $22 by Casey’s for a pizza that never was sent out for delivery. I have used the Contact Us in their app but gotten no response. It’s very unprofessional to make someone wait an hour for an order that they decided not to make. In addition, someone gets charged for a product they didn’t receive. I’m very disappointed and will likely not order from this location again. I’m just hoping now that I can get my money back but ain’t holding my breath."
"On Kansas Express way. It's 930pm. Restrooms are closed. Pumps are closed. Cashier states we are closing early. Just lost with gas about $45"
"Beware of this location, one of the cashier's purposely shorts change on large bills thinking it won't be noticed but she has done it to me for a third time and I will not return to this location and I'm considering contacting corporate and reporting it cause that's theft."
"Very short of breath. Discovered that the gas pumps time out after 5 minutes No sign warning of that Had to walk in,again the snippy girl at the register said it was my fault. Also no way of calling them. Not friendly or helpful"
"Looks like a larger, newer Casey's so we stopped in. Not even a 4th of the pumps were operating, men's bathroom was out of order, and the women's was disgusting. Dirty parking lot. Poorly managed does not begin to cover it... stop elsewhere"
