Wendy's 8699 Bluejacket Street, Lenexa, KS 66214

"Slow service, food not very fresh. The soda machine in the lobby was extremely dirty and was out of nearly every available drink item. Had to go to the counter & wait to have someone get our drinks for us from the soda machine behind the counter. The ketchup dispensers were out of ketchup & there were very few salt packets available. An employee came up to the front drinking a beverage, and there was a canned beverage sitting on the back counter at the registers by the coffee machine. The area behind the front counter looked very dirty. There wasn't a large number of customers in the store when we were there. Not sure if they had an earlier rush, were short staffed, or just didn't care about the appearance & service of the store. Not impressed & will most likely avoid this location in the future."

"This particular Wendy's is consistently the worst. Every single time we drive thru, the Staff is either nowhere to be found (during open hours) or they are rude and gross and not at all concerned with service. The order has not once been correct and the food we are given is cold. Because it's close, I give it a shot from time to time and regret it every single time."

"No Apple Pay in the drive thru; despite initially being told "Yes". I pulled up to the drive thru window to pay, I asked "May I please use Apple Pay", the employee said "Yes". Then the employee stared at me blankly while I was holding my arm with my Apple Watch on it out my car window. The employee then said he can't take the card reader off the wall. So... They can't take Apple Pay. I can't take my watch off and just hand it to them pay. I went on to a place that would take Apple Pay at the drive thru. That's Wendy's loss."

"Food is always on point and hot! Employees are always friendly and actually listen to your order. Especially if you have an allergy, you will appreciate how well they listen. Highly recommend this location. Great job guys!"

"Place just sucks that’s the only way to put it. The food is never right. It’s terrible when you order burgers plain with no cheese and they come with everything on it. They never give sauces. It asks me what I would recommend food wise, I would recommend finding a different place."
