"I love going to this Tropical Smoothie because whenever I go in it is usually good. I go in to get a nice quick bite today. I order a Kiwi Quencher & a Caribbean Chicken Wrap. Great service, the guy heard me and repeated my order back to me. I payed and the guy had a great attitude. The guy gives me my wrap and I thank him. A girl brings out my smoothie and it’s watered down with chunks of, I wanna say strawberry? However, I thank her to because it’s about to close so I let it go. I go home to eat my wrap just to find out it’s the wrong order and it tastes super salty drenched in a Thai sauce. I’m very disappointed in this cafe’s food service today."

"I love the smoothies every time I ordered them though uber eats! Unfortunately, for around 4-5 orders, they kept forgetting to add the Strawberry Edible Straw which honestly disappoints me and I end up having to contact uber eats to refund me the amount each time. I recently tried to let the uber delivery driver know to remind the store and no luck. I get that it's a small thing, but I really like the edible straws!"

"Friendly staff, great food. Only issue I have is that my sides are always Moldy. Got two bananas and they went straight to the trash can. Didn’t want to drive back 15 mins just to replace them. Love the app and the ability to order from the click of my phone. Not long of a wait."
