"Worst management ever. Called and got Tisha about a concern and instead was repeatedly cut off when I raised a concern for a charged bill separate from the one I actually had, I come here regularly so I knew this was off. She told me she was busy and instead of doing a human thing like planning a call back at a better time, she hung up on me without any regard for my request for upper management. Shame on this location, I just took it up with my bank, much easier than talking to her. Very inconsiderate when an issue was brought to her attention. Looking forward to speaking with the true manager as promised but hard to believe when you hang up on customers without even hearing our concern. Use to be our go to spot but won’t spend my money where I’m treated so rudely."
"Nice tables. We arrived as a tournament was beginning so we had time to eat before we played pool. A table opened up just as we finished eating. Will definitely go back again."
"Great place to play pool, poker and darts. Food is yummy as well. A game of pool is only $0.75. Joining a pool league is encouraged no matter if you've never played before. Everyone is so nice and understanding to teach you how. The staff is attentive as well"
"Great place for pool (except the tables need to be leveled), but never eat there. 2x in a row (3 weeks apart) I was sick after eating a meal. 1st time was a few hours later after I was home. 2nd time I had issues while still there so said something and was still expected to pay for my meal. I will NEVER eat there again."
"Yesterday my wife and i enjoyed a great meal here and a few games of pool. Easy to find with plenty of parking. A large and comfortable dinning area full of games, billiards, darts and others. We arrived a little past lunch time to find a small crowd and friendly waitress. We split the chicken fried chicken meal and not only was it plenty for 2 people but also delicious as well as reasonably priced. I am certain we will return here soon to enjoy their hospitality! I continue to favor this location over some of the others not only do they offer free pool at lunch time during the week but also boast top notch staff who are hard working and still friendly and helpful."
