"I would come to this store every week and the associates were lovely, until they got another associate and she is not so lovely. She is short, dark hair, with glasses. I have had to return items because my baby simply doesn’t fit into them anymore, because that is what happens with babies. I didn’t want to return clothes today because I didn’t want to come into contact with her. I sent my husband in there today and when he was leaving she came out and saw that he was doing a return and gave him a snarky look. She would always be snarky and rude. I will be taking my business to a different Carters because of her."

"Love this store! And since we buy for twin grandsons... I really get a great value, and they get a stocked closet! Even Poppy enjoys shopping there! The staff is always friendly and so helpful. If we don't find the second item or a right size, they call around or order it for us-free shipping."
