"This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2018 Jeep Compass from them about 1 year ago. It has had nothing but problems since I bought it. My jeep would not start about 2 months after purchasing it. I took it back to this dealership and they told me nothing was wrong with it which forced me to take it somewhere else. A different dealership diagnosed and has fixed 3 separate issues my jeep has had within the last year. I've put thousands of dollars into repairs and only been able to drive this car half the time I've owned it. They have refused to work with me on anything, even though I have a warranty and THEY SOLD ME A DUD! Their service department is a JOKE!!!! I hope they know how much money they have put me out and how much stress they have caused!! Please for your own good take your service somewhere else!!!!"

"Came in for scheduled maintenance with an appointment. My car was not even taken back until an hour after my appointment time. I'm disappointed in the lack of consideration. Things happen...sure...but this has been our experience with service several times at Baldwin. I'll try one more time, but unless they are more punctual, I'll be going somewhere else for maintenance and car purchases."
