"First impression was really bad. The customer service ability of the man that took my call was a zero out of ten. Rude. Since our friend that we purchased the vehicle from (years ago) recommended his buddy (Albert) at Hoppers, we took it in anyway to find and fix an oil leak. $188.00 later. There is now an oil stain on our garage floor. My wife took the vehicle back to explain that the oil is still leaking. A bunch of double speak and gaslighting later. They told her that she was wrong... That is not the repair that we brought the vehicle in for... The Chevy Cruse just leaks oil... We have to take it to the dealer for that repair... My opinion after our first experience at Hoppers is that these are con-artists just take your money and run. Avoid Hoppers unless you enjoy giving your hard earned money to crooks/ con-men. These are not honorable men."

"They originally said tires would be $150 and I made sure multiple times because I didn’t have a lot of money then they over charged my card $300 and said they told me the wrong price at first n refused to refund me and take the tire back. Definitely don’t go to them."
