"It is a 70 mile round trip for me to go to Baldwin Ford. When I got there the first time they told me that I had to have my VIN number to order an alternator. I have been buying alternators my whole life without a VIN number. I am old. This is ridiculous! So I drive back home and Back to Baldwin, 70 miles to get the VIN. Then they quoted me a price that was $200 MORE than I was able to purchase the very same OEM alternator from another source. $200 more!!!! So if you have to have a VIN number to order parts, how do they stock parts in their repair facility? This company massively overcharges it's customers and makes them jump through needless hoops for nothing."
