"Update, upgrading to 5 stars: we returned 2/2024 and had a wonderful experience. The food was wonderful and the service was prompt. Great atmosphere. My husband ordered a shot from their menu, called a Caprisun. The waitress, who was apparently new and untrained on the menu, brought him a KoolAid juice pouch...he wasn't amused. ( I thought it was pretty funny-LOL) We got the beef nachos, the chips were fresh, but we had requested no jalapeños and it was loaded with them. What is lacked was cheese. There was barely any shredded cheese, and no queso to be found. I was disappointed because I really wanted to love this place. It's close to home, has an impressive amount of TVs, comfortable seating, and some good happy hour and gameday specials, but the overall experience has repeatedly missed the mark."

"My family and I come to the Bar all the time, usually a few times a month. Our last few visits have been subpar. Not only has the food quality gone down because of the owners cuttings costs (replacing things like the cheese curds with a cheaper substitute that doesn’t break down in your mouth but instead becomes rubber), but the service has dwindled. I’m currently sitting in the restaurant with my family and we’ve had issue after issue this time. Our server is unfriendly and absent. We ordered pretzel sticks and they came out cold, hard, and chewy with cheese that was half solid. We get our meals and my sister’s chicken tenders had barely any meat in the breading and her fries were stone cold. My father’s Philly came out with onions and solid cheese, and my potato skins came out rock solid and cold as well. When the manager (a blonde woman in an off the shoulder sweatshirt) came to our table, she was unfriendly, icy toned, and instead of apologizing for the issues she refuted our claims. At this point, I’m furious and I don’t know if my family or our friends will return, considering management did absolutely nothing to assuage the problem or even show any sort of compassion."

"07.02.2022 We had dinner here. We have eaten before at this place and were disappointed. This might have skewed our opinion this time. My wife had the cobb salad. she said it was fairly good, but many other places do a better one. There were some good topping. eggs, bacon, cheese, tomatoes. I had a bacon cheddar burger. I ordered it "medium". I was expecting maybe tiny bit of pink, but mostly grey. you can see in one of my pictures it was very raw looking. I typically order my steaks medium rare. I think this burger was that or rawer. the center wasn't very warm at all. in general the burger was very good, but little raw for my taste. we also had some free (birthday club) funnel fries. They tasted like funnel cake. they sprinkled powered sugar on top and gave us warm liquid carmel for us to dip them in. They were pretty good. Overall, we weren't that happy with anything but the desert."
