"I don't try and Judge people. I went to an all black Catholic school. I know reverse discrimination. I was 1 of 2 white kids, and I'm not all white, 42% Philippine. My skin tone isn't cracker color. I judge by the content of the character within. You know who said that, MLK if you don't know. It's taken a minute to fit in at this location. A couple of employees and I had a huge laugh talking about cat calling and how some women dress. Bre, is a wonderful person. And some of the other employees I've talked with were friendly as well. It's my new store I will be going to often because I just moved to the area. And I like to make a point to let employees know. I appreciate them and their job they are doing. I know it's not the best pay. But at least they are getting up and going to a job regardless like most all of us have to. So to all employees at this location. Thank you for being you. I appreciate you !!!"

"One of the two female employees behind the counter at the cash register were verbally harassing female customers upon walking into the store and passing by them and the cash registers. Then, she verbally stated, I’m just playing with you.” I have chosen a different and professional retailer who hire professionals. 10-23-2023 after 2p.m. 3726 Broadway Boulevard Kansas City, Missouri 64111"

"UPDATE 2023: New owners and management! Much better in every way. The milk is always fresh, the store is cleaner and the cashiers aren't snarky or rude---they are actually nice. For what it is worth, this store got a good owner and staff finally; sure hope it stays that way because lots of people depend on them. Refrigerators often run too warm, and Health Dept. has to cite them repeatedly. I have bought milk there several times and had to pour it down the drain, though the expiration date said it was good for 10 more days. Even though their credit card machine asks you if you want cash back---they won't give it to you, pretending they don't have it---which is a big fat lie. Suggest they change their machine so that it reflects their "inability" to issue cash---they whine that it "can't be done". Their website says they are open until 9PM, but they close whenever they feel like it. When you suggest they change their website to reflect their true hours, they blame corporate, and say it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to do so. Suggest they call corporate and ask---they begin to insult you and call you names. Of course, they all wore chin diapers during pandemic, and will tell you that "my supervisor says it's OK". I won't even go into the appearance of the store itself. Enter at your own risk."

"Good in a pinch, but this Family Dollar is in a constant state of disarray. They have a handwritten sign on the door that states the price on the shelves may be inaccurate, and the products are the price shown at the register. I tried to visit the store on May 10th at 8:10 am, which opens at 8 am, but the store had not unlocked its doors and didn't answer the phone."

"UPDATE: Has gone downhill FAST. Younger employees who work are BEYOND disrespectful and rude. Have full conversations on their phones while ringing you up. Cop atittudes for no reason and sit ontop of counter while waiting. Ailes are stacked with boxes so forget about using a cart. Refrigeration section has been out of order for 4 months so no frozen foods. IF the location is open. CLOSED two (2) days in a row one weekend. Time for a management shake-up!!!!! ---------------------------- If you are a true extreme couponer and know where to find the deals, you will go out of your way to save. I've been going here a while now and it is what it is. Kind of mess but it's okay (like that friend we all have) you may need to navigate the boxes- but that means more stock. More merch."
