"We were in Saturday, April 9th, 2022 and received FANTASTIC customer service. We had been all over looking for a specific shoe my daughter wanted, but is apparently hard to find. They were able to order the shoes for us, but first spent time making sure we were getting the correct size. Shoe order was placed on Saturday and we had the shoes in hand by Tuesday - AMAZING!! They were busy, but we never felt rushed to make a decision. Several other stores we tried gave us the brush off, or no one even acknowledged us, we just checked the store ourselves for the shoes. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend these guys!! We will 100% be back!"

"Rude and unhelpful. Literally went to the website which told me they had a certain shoe in my size in stock. They wouldn't look and said they didn't have it. So I ordered it for in store pickup online, which took them forever to just go pull it out of the back (also it was 20$ cheaper online). Same day pickup was an empty problem, after of hours of waiting around the mall and even stopping in to check I'm going home. They were Rude to me and my wife, as well. The store is clean and nice to look at on the bright side. Another negative is that their women's section is a joke, my wife had nothing to choose from. Take your business elsewhere."

"Great customer service today. The young female associate (red hair, sorry I don't remember her name) was extremely knowledgeable, talked in specifics about the shoes, and asked us what do we look for in a shoe. She had a sales process and she worked it. She even spoke about what was new, including the new Friends Colorway of the Kyries, and the Central Perk shirt. At one point she was the only associate in the store and she was able to manage 6 different customers without anyone getting frustrated."
