Print quality is the best and the people are generally helpful and friendly, Never had I dealt with anyone who simply didn't feel like doing the job, and willing to make any excuse and flat-out lie to avoid it. I said I needed 100 business cards printed. He immediately stated that the card cutter was down. I was about to tell him I'd cut them myself when another employee chimed in that the card cutter was working fine. The disappointment in his eyes was evident. He then began to spout off about policy and templates and how things changed 6 months ago. When I told him I had cards printed at Blue Springs and Noland road in the last 2 months under the same conditions that I had for years, I got "Well that's there, not here". Thin young man. Long-ish curly brown hair. Horn-rim glasses. Seems to think he's the smartest guy in the room. I didn't catch his name. You can thank him for this review."
