This dentist anwsered his phone and was willing to do an emergency visit at 8pm at night if necessary for my husband, when he dislodged a blood clot on the roof of his mouth after surgery. Luckily we didn't need to do that because Dr vance told us exactly what to do and it was all taken care of in 30 minutes at home. Super kind, prompt office staff, knowledgeable and affordable!"

"I would give him no stars if possible. From the moment I walked in, I was asked for payment for at least three different things at three different times. The only thing we cared about was getting their money. When I finally met with the doctor, I was told I was a liar because I had just eaten bread, and someone in my condition could not eat bread. Even the staff was in fear of the hatred he was spewing at me. As 8 began to cry from the things he was saying, I was told my issue was in my hypothalamus gland, and not my freenum, but once I visited OMS, they completed a frenectomy and I have no more problems. They fixed everything with a simple visit. No tears, and the doctor was so kind. Go to OMS, not Dr. Vance. A complaint has been filed. Absolutely horrific experience."
