"Came in yesterday to get my son and I some shoes and everything was fine, I found my son some slides and asked the associate, Sharene, to grab them in her size and immediately tried to cash us out, told her we weren’t ready -it’s fine. Then I get to to these Nike women slides that I liked. I tried on the one on the shelf and mind you, these slides do not have sizes on them. So I go back up to her, she says “what size” and I try to explain to her I KNOW it’s not gonna fit me in my regular size so can you tell me what this other shoe size is and before I can even explain, she rudely disregards me, rolls her eyes and just asks what size do I need. So I told her a 7.. and they didn’t fit. Like I thought. So she grabbed it for no reason since she wanted to be rude. I was turned off by her whole attitude, bought 1 pair instead of 3. If you don’t have the patience to work in retail, that’s fine. you can ALWAYS get another job, considering this is your second bad review in one day."

"The manager was the one who was helping us and she was rude and unprofessional. When we asked for a size 6 in women’s shoes for my 11 year old daughter she was rude saying comments “y’all need to learn how to read tags” my husband said isn’t that your job I am asking for a certain size she then proceeded to kick us out the store said no one will let me or my husband check out from “her” store was making fun on my husbands speech attacking him he stutters and she was so disrespectful. I said can I please by these items for my kids and she said no so then asked another associate who was very friendly earlier in our visit there and he said I can’t she won’t let me. What?!? Come on people! Be better do better we are your customers get some better training for your managers. I will NEVER waste my time at this store again!"
