"Customer service was horrible. Walked in and all 3 of the girls were standing at the counter talking and I asked if I could return a pair of carhartt FR jeans. I have never worn them they were just a size to big and they were a little dirty as in a little dog hair and then a little drop on dried mud. They lady looked and said “ no way can we return these they are way to dirty look at this stain” (dried drop of mud ) . She picked at it a bit and then showed me and I scratch the mud off, she then proceeded to say “ just go ahead and smear it into the fabric why don’t you”. And then I said “ why are you guys being so rude “ and then left. ( without and return or Exchange). “Stain” pictured without being wiped with a wipe and with being wiped. Went about 3 passes with a wipe. Truly Pitaful."
