"One of my favorite places near Siteman/Barnes. When I was in the hospital for my Leukemia my sister would bring me sandwiches from there a lot and now that I go for appointments, we go a lot. Best sandwiches, lovely location. You won't be disappointed. The grilled cheese is amazing."

"Pickles is my go to deli when in the area. Great food and great service. Originally found Pickles Deli when we had a family member in the hospital at BJC and the rest of the family was spending hours in the waiting room. Being 2 blocks from the hospital, it was worth the walk and they have a great menu. I think we tried almost every sandwich and wrap -- all good. Of course, my current favorite item is the Greek Salad with Gyro meat. Perfectly portioned. Always appreciate how nice the staff is too."

"Truly amazing deli Sandwiches!! While in St. Louis for work, the locals suggested that we go to Pickles for lunch, it turned out to be a really great suggestion! The employees there are very warm and friendly, and patient while you peruse the menu to determine which sandwich you want (they have a great selection of sandwiches that can be customized a number of ways). Once my order was placed, it didn’t take long for my sandwich to make its way to me. The young man who brought it out to me delivered it gently, and with a smile on his face. The sandwich was AMAZING! I could tell that everything was fresh (the bread, meats and veggies)! I would definitely recommend Pickles Deli as a place to add to your to do list while in St. Louis!"
