"The burgers and fries were great. I got the gravy on my fries. My husband got the dry rub chicken wings, he didn't really like the rub on them. They had a sweet almost like cinnamon flavor to them. The wings were cooked well we just don't prefer sweet wings. The service was ok."

"This place serves up top notch food. I was at Tamm Ave bar and saw someone with their burger, and I knew after seeing and smelling it that I had to have one. I ordered the single cheeseburger with American cheese and their special sauce. It’s a great smash burger. One of the best in STL. The meat quality is top notch. However, if you were to have one thing from here it would have to be the pastrami. The rye bread is the best I’ve ever had. The pastrami is smoked in-house along with the bacon they put on it, and it takes it over the edge. You would be yourself a disservice not to try the pastrami!"

Beware of Darkness:

"I work near Nomad and gave them a try for the first time today. I heard they had a killer pastrami sandwich, and I was not misled. It was phenomenal! The pastrami was smoky and tender, the rye bread was soft and a perfect base for the sandwich. The sauce and Swiss cheese complimented the pastrami and rye well. The fries and fry sauce were also excellent! Good portions, too, I'm stuffed! I usually like to take pictures of what I get at restaurants to share with others, but this smelled so good that I tore into it and forgot. Bottom line, don't miss out. Do yourself a favor and try Nomad!"
