"I will preface this review by saying this is NOT an Herbalife shop. I have been a frequent customer for a couple years now. It has become a go to before workouts for me with the delicious teas and an even better post workout stop for a deliciously clean and healthy shake sourced from local STL company, 1stPhorm. Rebecca is fantastic. She does everything possible to ensure you have the same positive experience whether it’s your first stop or a daily “fix”. There are other options for protein shakes and teas in the STL area, but none of them compare to the experience at Fired-Up. Highly recommend."
