"Food was great. Employees claimed to have all been managers and were arguing with anyone who brought a complaint to them. Very unprofessional. This location was out of food, supplies, and soda syrup. They should definitely look into hiring a new manager (or whoever does the ordering) because clearly they don’t use forecasts or projections to do their ordering. As I sat inside and ate my food I observed that gloves were not being used and never once seen an employee go wash their hands. Hair restraints are nonexistent at this location. (I am able to pinpoint these things because I am a certified ServSafe Instructor and a CDM, CFPP.)"
"This location is a little different. It has all my favorites. But this time, they offered fish sandwiches. I dont like fish, but I purchased 2 sandwiches for my family members who did. They loved it. They said it was the tarter sauce and pickles that made all the difference. But the fish was the best of all fast food they have tried. And believe me, these two are foodies. It was crisp, tender, and flavorful . And not fishy tasting , but mild . So I'll take their word for it. They don't know a pot from a pan in the kitchen. Next time i visit and it will be soon i will give it a try. And I hate fish any kind. I'm a chef and have tried it all. 1 star to 5 star restaurants to Mississippi cat fish on the banks. No, thank you. But I'm convinced Popeyes fish is worth trying again."
"The register wasn't working. You had to have exact change to purchase food. I waited for my food just to find out the strawberry biscuit was cold and hard. My chicken was cold and they shorted me on my chicken. No pleased at all with food or service"

"The woman taking my order was the only pleasant thing about my experience, as she was super polite and professional. The food was a disgrace, however. Overcooked, dry, and misshapen chicken with old fried and a stale biscuit. I should have noticed the red flags before walking in when the sign said 'We are open again' and the drive thru being closed down due to disrepair. Save your money and grab some Lee's Chicken from W Florissant instead."
