"I have been visiting this location for years due to location only. This last visit will be my last as it is par for course. Anytime you come in the floor is empty of workers except the to go area and the bar, the rest of the employees are always in the back goofing off. So when I came in Thursday I went straight to the bar, it was empty and there was no one around. I sat there for 10-15 minutes before a woman approached me to inform me that there was no bartender working and to go and have a seat at a table. I asked where in particular and she said anywhere was fine. I sat at the partition wall table area and a few minutes later she came back to tell me that I needed to sit in the main dining room. When I went into the main dining area, every table open was dirty, napkins or mystery fluids (Water, alcohol, soda, sauce, etc) I finally found the cleanest one which had water puddles where I sat for another 5 minutes without service as the girls were in the back laughing and goofing off. I can say from the several years of eating here that you will only get service at the bar, as the bartender consistently is the only one who actually cares. The sad thing is you have 1 employee trying to make drinks, take food orders and of course the runners are too busy goofing off in the back so they are having to run get food too. Food is hit or miss, sometimes the wings come out looking like they only spritzed sauce or sometimes they come out in a soup of sauce or sometimes you are left wondering if it is ever going to come out at all. They need to clean house, yes that is a rough thing to suggest but if I were the owner paying the sky-high rent and utilities and overhead, I wouldn't want lazy folks to bankrupt me, which I can assure you they are doing. There are plenty of folks out there that could come in and do a much better job. All it would have taken was a visit from the food inspector to come in and see all of the filthy tables and they would have had a field day and then the manager would have to deal with the aftermath of the goof off time employees."

"My waiter was very friendly but the cook was very slow it was only two people Plus my daughter and myself that came in 10 minutes behind each other and we waited close to an hour to get wings and fries. But other than that the waiter was very friendly she was attentive and the food was good after waiting for so long I wasn't even hungry when it came out but hey I know things get behind but it was only four people that was in the area seating area that is and we waited close to 45 minutes for food maybe an hour I don't know I had a cocktail while I was waiting LOL"

"My first time at this location and probably last. It was a Tuesday evening, not crowded. There was a young couple seated near us with child, on top of their food not being brought out, the order appeared to be wrong ( it was returned twice). A gentleman came in later, he was seated by hostess and after a good 10 or 15 minutes he had to ASK for someone to take his order. First person said it wasn't his area! I ordered a salad and had to ask for utensils. I saw 2 servers, a hostess and a supervisor/manager walking around putting 'out fires'. Food was good, but otherwise poor service."

"Bad experience here. The waiter who served us doesn’t have well trained We sitted at 4:10pm, not busy at all but we waited and had our orders after 15 to 20 minutes. The waiter forgot my boyfriend’s beer and my boyfriend had to go to the bar to bring his beer by himself. Lol. Chicken wings looked tasty but tasted dry and very salty. Atmosphere looked nice so I give it five stars. Others are one star. Google reviews is 3.5 stars now. Please improve it or your review will go down not go up."

"We've been loyal customers for 10 years, but this location is awful. They gave us the wrong wings and forgot part of our order. Management was smug, unprofessional, and said we can't handle the spice. I'll give ten bucks to whoever can take a bite out of these wings without crying and claim that they are, in fact, hot BBQ. They look like and taste like blazin knockout. Don't waste your time here."
