Wendy's

"After asking for a small order of chicken nuggets I was told they don’t have that size just 4 9 and 15. When I responded with I’ll take the small order of 4 I was met with attitude from the young lady on the drive through. After paying for order I was not told to have a nice day or thank just got the drive through window shut in my face. After getting home I realized they forgot the chili I had order. Which I thought was as for sure in the bag since my seat was covered in it from it being all over the bottom of the bag. Nope they just must have set my bag in the bowl they forgot to give me before tossing me my bags."

"Wendy's is my daughter's favorite and there are not too many around so have tried going to this one. It's so dirty. The soda machine is gross, the floors are sticky. When I go into drive thru the girls taking the orders are very rude. They hate their job and it shows. I have encountered one young girl who was nice and one person that I am assuming is a manager running circles around everyone. It honestly starts at management and if they are not enforcing certain behaviors then the staff will do what they want. It's a shame."

"I often go to this location it's close to home. This location has really bad customer service as soon as you get to the ordering screen you are met with rudeness and attitude as if you are bothering them. I recently went to this location tonight actually I was met with instant attitude. The person taking my order was very rude and snippy. Asking what do I want, and when asked what type of drink I want he said rudely I don't have that. I was the only one in line so they were not busy. When I make it to the window I didn't even want my food anymore so I canceled my order, then I asked him for a manager he said he was the manager I asked his name he said James I asked for a corporate number I was told they didn't have one. James needs to be relocated , retrained. He is the wrong kind of manager for your business. And I won't let this go until something is done. This location use to always be busy however when I ride past it, it never busy any more. Now I see why. And James isn't the only rude person there I've encountered another guy that's very rude, haven't gotten his name. I've stopped going to this location because they give cold food out. I Only stopped here tonight because it was on my way home."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. My food was cold and they didn’t do anything I asked. I got the ghost pepper sandwich with no tomato add pickles. They didn’t do it and there was barely any of the spicy crunchy things. $7 for a sandwich and couldn’t even get it how I wanted it. Beyond disappointed. Literally everything was cold"

"I think the picture of the burger looks better than it taste. Frostie is good. Fries are super average. Honestly, McDonald’s, Culver’s, Whataburger, Steak N’ Shake, Shake Shack, Five Guys, Freddie’s, etc…. All much better than Wendy’s. 3/5"
