"I ordered my food and we waited for about 7 minutes for our food..was not fresh and it was luke warm and old nothing was fresh but my shake was good but the food was bad!!"

"I'm going to be gentle since they just opened the eatery. But, I'm also taking away a star until precision is achieved. Friendly service is there. Timing was good. Food was delicious. However, it's crucial for the entire staff to learn the differences between "crispy" versus "grilled" chicken. I mentioned it several times with the person talking the order to make sure it's crispy. I pull up to the second person reading back my order and she repeated my order with the word "grilled." I told her that I ordered crispy chicken with my salad. The preson said "it's the same thing." I gently drove on to the drive-thru window, I wasn't really sure if she was going to listen to me because of the, "it's the same thing" comment. Anyhow, after pulling up to the window, the guy handing out the food asked me to pull up to the stop sign. After waiting he brought me my food. Here's the excellent part. They gave me two market salads. I think the read back person quickly realized that grilled and crispy are two different items. So you guessed it, they gave me one salad with the grilled chicken (must've been the wrong order item), along with another order of salad with crispy chicken. Great job for quickly recovering the mistake. Now, the sad part, hence the 4 stars, I didn't get my apple cider vinegar dressing i had asked for with my salad. Furthermore, the person preparing the crispy chicken needs to be taught to cut the chicken. Here are some pics. I ended up using ranch sauce from another food store for my salad."

"This Chick-fil-a is the newest in the area, and the closest to me. The service was pretty decent-they did try to accommodate an unusual drink order for me. The person bringing out my mob app order to the dining room shouted out my name. I guess I found that kind of annoying since the app asks for my table number, and all the other Chick-fil-a stores just bring it to the table number. Another employee never offered to clear my table or refill my drink, but they did other customers. So, they were trying. However, the value of the food I have a problem with. I paid $5.29 for an Egg White Grill, which is more than a Chicken, Egg, and Cheese Muffin. So, the egg white grill has no breading, no yolks, but more expensive. Additionally, the meat on the egg white grill is about twice the size of a mayonnaise picket. I would expect this sandwich to have more than two nuggets worth of meat. The contents, other than cheese did not ever cover 3/4ths of the muffin. I will include two photos. One of my Chickfila egg white grill which shows a large part of the muffin empty, and their competitors McDonald's which shows how their meat covers the entire muffin."
