Penn Station East Coast Subs

"I enjoy the Philly Cheesesteak sub sandwich. In my opinion it's worth the money. However I wish there ware others options beyond French fires and chips."

"I love other locations for Penn Station but this one is genuinely awful. 100% of the time they get our order wrong or forget an ingredient that comes on the sandwich, or we pay extra for an additional topping and they forget that entirely despite us being charged for it. Ordered tonight and everything was wrong and unfortunately didn't realize until we were already home. Additionally employees are not attentive, and are usually rude and just ignore you entirely. Have tried to place orders over the phone and was told "just a minute " just to listen to a conversation in the background for almost ten minutes before hanging up."

"My friend and I went in tonight to have dinner. There were 7 staff members and only a few customers. My friend and I ordered on the same ticket. I got my food and ate until it was gone and still sat there waiting for my friends food. Then they gave her the wrong sandwich after waiting all that time the fries weren’t done. So we had to wait for them to make another sandwich. Most of them were standing around talking and going back and forth to the back. They had about 4 lady friends that were also in the back that had on regular clothes. They were more concerned about what they were doing than the sandwich that we sat there waiting on while the manager had to tell them how long my friend had been waiting on her sandwich and that it needed to be wrapped to go. They gave it to her in a basket for dining in. I’m not understanding the reason there had to be 7 staff members standing around confused about one sandwich even after they made the correct one."

"Ordered online. The fries were subpar compared to what we usually receive when eating at Penn Station. They were soggy, soft, and overall unenjoyable. My turkey sandwich was good, and i recommend the whole grain bread with any sandwich. However, I ordered a bunch of ingredients, including pizza sauce for my husband's cheesesteak sandwich; and only received two extra ingredient of cheese and mayo. Definitely did not come with pizza sauce. Very disappointed in his order, especially because we usually receive a correct order. I don't think we'll be back to this particular location."

"Placed an online order showed up to chaos behind the counter. All the employees seemed angry and some were using foul language. After about 5 minutes of standing at the pickup register I was finally greeted and given my sandwich that was sitting on top of an appliance. It was cold and soggy plus I ordered no banana pepper or tomatoes and got extra of both. Pretty disappointing for a $13 sandwich. I am allergic to banana peppers so the sandwich is trash now. Will never return to this location worth the few extra minute drive to go to the Dorsett location"
