"Long line at drive thru . Got 3 orders fir for our office. Get back to work and discovered my order of chili not there. Tried calling no answer. Went in on the way home. Explained what happened and showed the receipt. The woman was unfriendly finally gave me the cup of chili. Never said sorry or anything of an apology!! So rude!"

"Dirty as hell Counters, soda machine, all the table,the floor behind the counter ,rude,unorganized, waited 30 minutes I was the only one in the dining area. "Where’s the RELIEF? I walked into about 45 minutes after lunch time and the place was a hot mess. People standing around waiting for their orders, customers who had been eating needing a correction to their order and a busy kitchen that didn’t seem to have enough staff. But the entire 10 minutes I waited I never heard anyone say anything to those waiting to order. Nothing. It’s like we were invisible. So I took a hint and left. Plenty of fast food places right next door. It’s sad because I love Wendy’s burgers. Maybe the owners need to hire more staff or pay them some more money."

"Service was slow but that seems normal these days. At least it was worth the wait, my Dave's double combo was great. Hot crispy fries and a freshly cooked double burger that was delicious."
