"My friend and I went there and the food and service was great. Our server, Sarah, was the only server and had 6-8 tables at one time and she was amazing. However, the only issue I had was the woman in charge who I assume is the manager. She was constantly yelling at Sarah about things, asking her to do multiple things at once, etc. She made the environment extremely uncomfortable and hostile. There's never a reason to yell at your employees, especially in front of customers. My friend and I even resorted to handing the cash tip to our server personally, because of how the manager was acting. If I, a customer, have to question whether or not the card or cash tip won't make it to the server, you're doing something completely wrong. Sarah was amazing and deserves more."
"Food and server is not the problem at all. There was one server named Sarah who had the entire floor by herself with multiple tables walking in at once. (Completely out of her control.) and had a manager I’m assuming ( she was not wearing dennys attire) yelling at her the entire time, even at things out of Sarah’s control like time wait on tables. The wait was not even that bad. This makes the entire dining room very hostile and uncomfortable to eat in. There’s multiple ways to discipline your employees if they are doing wrong but yelling at them in front of the dining room is not one of them if you’re trying to emboldened on a good atmosphere for customers. I made sure to tip the server cash because, as I guessed, the manager took our tickets at the end which god only knows who the tip would’ve gone to if I had done card tip."
"What's not to like? Clean restaurant and bathrooms, efficient wait staff, quite nice diner comfort food, and really, really good prices. Join the Denny's Club and get deals plus an AARP discount. Okay, it's not THE place for date night maybe, but you can't beat it for any meal of the day."
"Was late night coming out to get something to eat. Customer service was okay and the food was tasty. Long wait to get our food but we wasn’t on rush."
"I've had the utmost pleasure of coming to this place once a week, every week, for many months. The food is consistently top notch, just like the service who always looks happy to see me and eager to do everything possible to ensure I enjoy my visit to the fullest (especially Tamatha!). Perfect location for a lone traveler, or a whole family reunion morning, noon, or night... This location is guaranteed to be a crowd favorite!"
