"Inconsistent quality - sometimes little to no sauce on wings, sometimes the fries are completely unseasoned. But I kept giving this location a chance because I love Wingstop. I got the completely wrong order tonight, and I'm not able to go back out and get it replaced. No more chances - I won't be back."

"This place is the worst food place on St. Charles rk rd. Do NOT order food here if you want quick and correct service. Ordered online and it said 38-43 minutes, okay that's fine its dinner time on a Friday. I get there with 35 minutes, only expecting to wait a few more minutes. No I was there for an hour. Within that hour, they all of a sudden tell people they are out of fries, well then why can I still order them online? Within this hour, there were 5 people that came back in saying their order was completely wrong. They couldn't count to 10 together if they tried that's how disorganized this store is."

"I’ve noticed a pattern that my food is only good when the manager named Niecy/Red is working. She definitely keeps her team in line and makes sure the store is being ran smoothly when she’s there. But above all else she is ALWAYS making sure the customer is satisfied and their needs/wants have been met!! The only complaint I typically have is the wait time but that can be expected or assumed on specific days."

"Horrible service. Ordered my food online said 15 to 20 mins. It took over 40 mins to get my food. I asked the woman at the counter how much longer and only answer she could give was its not ready yet. She checked the ready bags twice before giving me the same answer only to realize after my food was sitting on the shelf after she checked it the 2nd time. At one point I asked for a refund and the person in charged said to write my order number down and name and wait for it in 5 to 7 days. They weren't even going to process it while I was there so I would have no proof of such and of course when I would call up later following up definitely know I would get the "we are unaware of a refund"."
