Smoothie King

"I ordered a "Gladiator Strawberry" smoothie in-store. It took the employees nearly 20 minutes to make it, and then when they gave it to me, it was just an unblended lump of protein powder with runny strawberry water poured over it. I contacted Smoothie King customer support for a refund weeks ago and they did not reply at all."

"Horrible service. Horrible employees. They make it seems like making smoothies is rocket science. I’ll never go there again."

"It’s almost unbelievable how unprofessional and frankly, rude the young ladies working here are. My wife and I went in to get some smoothies and the two girls working were actively talking. They did not greet, acknowledge, or look at us. We waited for them to finish talking and then my wife started to order. In the middle of ordering they began talking to each other again…completely blowing us off. Finally they finished and we finished our order. The entire experience was very strange and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. As more customers entered the store we saw how disappointed and annoyed they looked. I’m honestly shocked they can get away with this behavior. By all the other reviews it seems like this has been going on for some time and management does not care to address it. If they worked for me they’d be gone."

"Yeah...this smoothie king must have gone down hill in the past few years because the smoothie I got was lump and tastes like 70% water. This is not my first smoothie king it seriously isn't supposed to taste like this. When I came in there were already 4 boys waiting in an empty smoothie king. No one came out of the back for a solid 5 minutes. The line just kept growing in the store. Finally three girls came out. The one pouring the smoothies into the cup could hardly do it because the smoothie was so lump it plopped out everywhere making each cup sticky and she had to wipe all of them. Honestly I kinda don't even trust my the one making the smoothie. It just smells a little bad. Ngl I feel a little robbed. I was there 9/15 around 7pm. Plus, none of the employees were wearing gloves and they're scooping the ice and handling ingredients! Shouldn't they have some gloves even if we werent in a pandemic?? To get an idea of the line by the end, people started placing online orders in the store because they kept asking if anyone was an online order since I guess that has priority."

"When my friend and I went into the store we ordered the same smoothie and we received two different smoothies. Not to mention mine, the first picture, was not even close to being filled up to the top and it did not taste like coffee whatsoever while my friends tasted like espresso shots in water lol. We tried each other’s and the consistency was completely different. Just bummed because I paid $10 for this! My friend mentioned that like it was a chemistry lab in there because it seemed like they were just trying to make random drinks. Probably not going back haha"
