"Bought a gift card electronically for a family member and got myself a bonus electronic $10 in and email ... Came in to use it before Jan 1 and they told me it was only good after Jan 1 ( read the fine print...). Well by then it was lost in my email so no bonus for me. Frustrated."

"I placed an order online for a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with added chicken.When I picked up food and got home, there was no chicken on sandwich. I called the store and talked to the manager and asked for the $3.00 refund that the add on chicken cost because they did not add it to the sandwich. She said she couldn’t refund it but I could either come back to the store for a new sandwich or she would send me a coupon for a free sandwich. I provided my address and a month later I still haven’t received a coupon."
