Gobble Stop Smokehouse

"The owner of this establishment and I have known each other for years. I recently hosted an event in which Gobble stop provided their famous turkey tips. I can't say enough about the food, because by now I'm sure that everyone has been introduced to the smokey goodness. However, if you haven't, what are you waiting for. I assure you that you will not be disappointed. You want some really good smoked food. This is the spot!!!"

"My coworker bought me lunch from here take out for my birthday. Omg, I had never had smoked chicken wings before, and they were absolutely amazing! I also had the marinated chicken breast sandwich, which was tender and juicy, and the toppings complimented the sandwich well. The sweet potato fries were also delicious, as was the veggie sampler. 10/10, I highly recommend and will be back!"

"I have never had something that wasn't here. The turkey leg is my favorite but it's only available on Fridays. I was disappointed on my last visit, they didn't bring the legs in. I had the turkey ribs instead. OMG so good. Try the corn nuggets. You won't be sad if you make a stop here."

"I had to take my girlfriend to her knee appointment at highway 270 and olive street road. While we were there, she said we should go visit our people at gobble stop restaurant. We had been there on several occasions and have ordered trays of their "turkey tips", which they are famous for. After the appointment, we drove down the street to gobble stop and went in. There was a line, so we just waited cause we were like the third person in line waiting to get served, and the place is small. When it came our time to order, he stated that he didn't have any more turkey tips cause of call-in orders and the holidays and so on. My girlfriend stated that he should have a sign to let people know when he runs out or announce it in the restaurant. We still placed an order of a turkey leg with one side and a gobble stop platter minus the turkey tips. The food was good but my girlfriend complained because she got "pork and beans" instead of baked beans. It was still a good lunch and we will go back again."

"Great little restaurant! The food was delicious. We had the pulled chicken sandwich and the turkey melt. The sweet potato fries are amazing. The smoked wings are the Bomb! Friendly service. Got the order for takeout. Small place with about 5 tables inside and a few outside. They have odd hours so make sure you check before you go. Very very busy on Sunday...would try during the week."
