"First time , had a gift card . Ordered salmon poke bowl and honey seared chicken. Both delicious ! Kind of a fast food Asian restaurant. Easy to order ,and received food fast . Food was very fresh . Will definitely return !"
"Ordered Kung Pao chicken on the app. Got about halfway through and when I bit a piece of chicken in half it was raw. I called the store several times trying to let them know, and pressed the "Talk to a team member" option on the phone, but no one answered and the call disconnected all four times. I'm glad my pregnant wife didn't take me up on my offer of sharing. For what it's worth, I even selected the "Well Done" modifier on the app for my meal."
"Ordered drunken noodles and general tso’s chicken for to go and the food was disgusting! Very disappointed! The drunken noodles was uncooked noodles while the tso chicken was totally burnt! Worst experience! On top of that just after entering the restaurant they said they are closing at 8 but online clearly mentioning that they close at 9 ! The chefs were clearly in hurry and irritated and burnt the food before us! Had to leave the food and get something else! Called them and they cut the call thrice !! When you have no time to change the timings online and have no interest in serving customers just don’t take any orders !"
"My loyalty to Pei Wei has spanned over a decade, and it continues to hold the crown as my favorite fast casual Pan-Asian destination. This week's visit was no exception. I indulged in one of my tried-and-true favorites, the Grilled Bourbon Chicken, complemented by some delectable Crab Rangoon. As always, the flavors were spot-on and satisfying. Pei Wei remains a stalwart in consistently delivering good, hearty Pan-Asian fare."
"We ordered the lettuce wraps, awesome except for some tendon in the chicken, honey-seared chicken and general tso chicken. Food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. Usually we get it delivered but it tastes 10X better eating in the restaurant. We were so hungry so I forgot to take pictures of the food before we started eating."
