"Bro I’m so over this McDonald’s and every other McDonald’s within 10 mins of this one I literally just went up an ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and some other sandwiches which came out in less than 5 mins I get home and go to eat my sandwich and the entire middle of my sandwich was still pink I understand if you hate your job but quit don’t be giving customers raw food your gonna get someone sick and catch a lawsuit"

"Picked up a number waiting to get the meal delivered to my table only to learn that, due to staff shortage, they yelled my number and I had to go there and pick it up. No napkins available either at the fountain drink station. And the catchup dispenser was clogged up. This place needs some love sooner than later!!!!"

"I am sorry, not only do I dislike the automated service, but the staff is hard to understand and there is never a “please…thank you” etc statements makes you fell unwelcome, which is fine, but the problem, I have was disgusting. It was 7:20 pm and I am at the pick up window…. I am watching the girl, wipe her nose on the back of her hand, then making drinks. Then she wipes her nose again, grabs my bag and hands it to me. I just tossed it and went to Wendy’s…..figured what was the point of complaining…..I will just share my experience and never go back."

"The drive through used automated system and usually messes up the order. The drive thru not give us the correct food sizes/or the correct order in general. And got all sizes of drinks wrong and had pull forward for the drive thru lane due to all the errors and had flag the employee down to get the right food. The burgers are super smashed and fries come out burnt ."

"The food was super delicious...but...they got most of our sandwiches wrong, didn't give us some items, including forgetting ALL our drinks and two sandwiches, and then had to take our receipt to correct it! We were dining in, and only two of the tables had been wiped or sanitized. They were wearing masks, so that was good. I ordered another second batch of burgers, and waited... only to realize that the employees hadn't even noticed my order. The manager was there, but he was chatting about houses in Portland and who knows what, and the rest of the employees were taking their lead from him, just hanging out and chatting. One female employee was chowing down on french fries, right there on the front line by the registers. No wonder they got ELEVEN things wrong on our order! Sad, but management sets the tone. I commented on the problem kindly and was told, "Ok, have a good day.""
