"Went for lunch and got the "big porker" sandwich, chips and a soda. Sat down to eat and looked at the contents of the sandwich. Very dissapointed. I had 4 very thin slices of salami and maybe 2 pieces of bacon smothered with mayo and tons of lettuce. Now if I ordered a lettuce sandwich I would have been estatic, but utter dissapointment is what I got for my $14.00 lunch combo. Dining room and restroom were clean and staff was friendly, but I was hungry for food and didnt get what I paid for. Subway across the street may have been a better choice. Will not go back."

"I live less than a mile from this location and I go out of my way to visit literally any other JJ location. Unless all you need is a fountain soda or a bag of chips, save yourself the money and just go to the McDonald’s immediately across the street. You MIGHT get what you ordered here, but it’s a guarantee that it will be thrown together with absolutely no regard for the person eating it and you will be greeted with dead-eyed, terminal lead paint victims behind the counter. I’ve worked fast food, I get it, but they should really just close. Kind of sad."

"I did a catering order for my boss since we had some prospective employee candidates in town and we provided them lunch. The order was complete right on time, everyone was nice and friendly, but most importantly, what stood out to me was the service. The young guy who brought all the food out to me actually carried it to my car while I carried the light box filled with plates, napkins, etc. I set the box down on my trunk to unlock my car and he put the food in AND he grabbed the box and put it in there too. Very impressive and of course, the food was great per usual."

"On a Saturday 12pm - Ordering for in store pick up, only to find out store is closed inside. There’s apparently 1 employee. Waited 35 minutes in the DRIVE THROUGH line for in store pick up. Just be transparent, tell people right away your store doesn’t offer instore pick up. Never using this particular JJ franchise location again"
