"O.K. Vacuum & Janitor Supply Company is way more than okay! My wife and I bought a vacuum from them about a year and a half ago. The vacuum we bought was an excellent purchase and served us well. However, we decided an upright vacuum would better fit our needs. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Rich. He was very welcoming, did not just try to sell us on a vacuum, he genuinely listened to our concerns, and immediately decided to work out a compromise with our previous purchase. He did not have to do this at all and could have just told us tough luck, like some other stores would. Instead he allowed us to trade in our previous purchase for an upright vacuum at a fantastic price! I definitely believe these guys have your best interest in mind and are not out to just make a buck. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LISTEN! Fantastic store!"
