Wingstop

"Ok so i stopped by to place and order and feed my family. The front door is super hard to open like really hard you think it’s locked. Wasn’t greeted by anyone. The lady then asked what’s your order. As I was telling her she said oh well I’m off so you’re gonna have to wait for someone else. Okay. Now this guy come to take the order. And I swear everyone prolong there must be high as a kite nothing going through there mind. Repeating the order and flavors over and over again. Then I notice a sign saying it will take long and to check your order before you leave or items won’t be replaced. That’s kinda weird. Didn’t think much of it I had two items a 20 boneless and 5 bone in. The guy come back that took my order 15 minutes ago and ask if I needed help. I replied I placed my order just waiting. He said oh you still have to order. No. Use your ears. He then goes to check on it. Says just waiting on fries. He then gives me the bag and I head home. To find out my 5 bone in are not in there. Like how bad of a fast food place do you have to be to forget so much food in orders you need a sign to ask customers to verify they did there jobs. Ima tell you they will mess up your order make you drive back and fourth. Avoid at all cost. Much better cheaper chicken options around then this poorly run place"

"It was my 2nd time at this location. First, I went to get Coke from the soda machine and it ran out half way during filling the cup. I told the employee and he did nothing but give me a new cup. Another customer comes in to mention it, and the employee fixes it. The other issue was the wait. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich and fries. IT TOOK 30MINS TO GET IT! I'm never returning."

"Ordered online 11/10 at 830pm came in 35 minutes later expecting to pick up my order but they never even received it in the system. Young black woman with short hair at the front of the store immediately made it right apologized and started on my order right away . Happy I left with hot food And the order was made right"

"Overall a good spot, the wait time can be a little excessive and often incorrect based on the expected times given in the app. But the food that I've gotten here has never been anything besides made to order fresh. Customer service is pretty good as well, no one's ever rude and they make sure to let you know how long your wait is going to be once they get your name upon entering the store. But it's not what I would describe as warm or inviting. So overall pretty good but not great, but if you're craving some buffalo wings or a chicken sandwich Wingstop is a solid choice."

"This food was awful it’s our second time having this experience. The fries are either not done at all or burnt. The chicken is not bully cooked so they just over so it with the sauce do you won’t see it till you have bitten into it. This place use to be really good when they opened. Now it is just a waste of money"
