"Visited the car inspection station, they. do not make appointments and was met with a horrendously long wait time of at least 3 hours. The waiting area was far from comfortable, featuring a cramped space with subpar seating options. To add, my car failed the emission test. Although they're supposed to offer a 60-day window for a free retest, they unjustly charged me for the second inspection. Thoroughly disappointed."

"This was my second time coming, just know your going to spend 2 hours there and its fine. Dont expect to be done in 30 minutes. They only have 2 bays and 2 guys working. Will be going back!"

"Worst experience ever. The office I spent over 2 hours waiting for my car had a bad odor. After spending the time waiting all that time for a completed vehicle/emissions test they failed over a missing bracket. I will now have to take it to an auto body since they cannot put bracket into on there and pay the new auto body another safety/emissions fee since I will not be speeding multiple hours in a smelly office to have my vehicle checked by this place again. I will never waste my $ or time with this place again."

"It a nice place if you have 2 or 3 hours to kill. This place is ALWAYS packed. You can expect to wait a long time. The good thing is n o matter how long the line as long as you are in by half an hour before they close, they will see you no matter how long it takes"

"GET THERE EARLY! There is a sign in sheet outside the door. People get there before they open, and wait in line. The mechanic will call you in the order that your name is on the list. It can take some time (about 20-30 minutes per car). I had to wait for two hours even after getting there at 7:30, some people were already ahead of me. They do great work, but just be prepared to wait. There are very few places to get your emissions done in Saint Louis, and it is required by the state so be prepared to wait."
