"My service advisor Leah is wonderful she took care of me very promptly. Always returning my calls. But as far as my service to my car I'm not happy with. I had to get my truck fixed. And the tech that worked on it did not do a very good job whatsoever. He forgot to hook my trunk light back up. Now my trunk is leaking. The trunk is not lined up and has a gap. The molding in the back of my car he did not put back right. Now I'm going to have to bring the car back again. He did a very sloppy job putting things back together."

"The service team was great and squeezed my job in on short notice….same day actually. Lilys communication throughout the process could not have been better. I could not believe how inexpensive the cost ended up being. I used to think dealership pricing was high but obviously I was wrong. I will be back! Tom M."

"They can get you in fast and I appreciate that. The tech advisors are also very nice....but if you want to question whether the work you have paid for was done or not.... Here's your place! Do the mechanics even care..? This is the 3rd time they have failed to rotate my tires on the works package. "Always number and take pictures". The health report they gave to me with the works package was also bogus. I can tell, because there is nearly no way to check brakes on my car without dismounting the wheels. Also tires, battery, and air filter are brand new and they rated them almost needing replaced. I know this review probably isn't gonna make much of a difference, but I hope the average person reads this and becomes more conscientious. Don't let dealers Rip you off. The only honest auto shop I have found so far is Fred's in St.Charles"
