"I drove from Kansas City to Fenton to purchase a vehicle. Test drove the vehicle and vehicle mechanically was good. Found the rear wiper washer was broke. Was told to pay for it myself and they would reimburse me which is fine. Now I’m finding one thing after another is broke. Door lock switch and seat memory don’t work. Power plug in the front and rear both don’t work. Hatch on the back doesn’t seal all the way. Idler pulley is screaming now. I understand this is a used vehicle but I paid way over value because the car had low miles for the year. But this is just ridiculous. If you buy a used vehicle from there please please look over every inch of the vehicle because obviously they don’t."

"Sales experience was good but after buying this a truck it’s been nothing but issues. I got a 2 year warranty that seems to be completely worthless. Every problem I had could not be covered by the warranty because the “previous” owner installed it. I only had this truck for about 6 months dealt with headlight and brake issues. The headlights has an electrical issue where both of my headlights are out which is a safety hazard. I had to pay close to $600 out of pocket to get it fixed and it took days to get done. Months later I’m still having the same issue where none of my head lights are still not working. I do not want to pay out of pocket again when this should of been fixed the first time. I changed the brakes and rotors myself because the warranty doesn’t cover that either."

"Just purchased a truck from Jim Butler today and the process was effortless. Salesman did great, Jonathan Osborn is his name and I highly recommend him. "I reserved a Blazer EV on July 19, 2022. After prices were raised, I decided to cancel my reservation on August 23, 2023. I never got my $100 deposit back and said to contact GM. A few months went by and I finally got around to doing that on January 2, 2024 and GM said that they are looking into it and not sure why the dealership still has the cancellation as pending. GM is "looking into this" and will contact me with an update. I'll happily change the review once my money is back, assuming I don't have to go through and do a charge back. At this time, I do not recommend reserving a GM EV through Jim Butler."
