"I always feared the aftermath of being in an accident because I’ve heard so many horror stories of people dealing with body shops, however I can say that was definitely not the case working with Mertz. Gary and Kerri communicated everything throughout the process extremely well and got my vehicle back into my hands in a timely manner despite a few parts being back ordered. (Which was impressive given the state of the parts market at the time) Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"MERTZ did a great job with my wife's vehicle. It looked even better than expected. MERTZ did struggle a bit with communication and the time-frame estimation for the repairs was way off. But, there were some extenuating circumstances with illness and being short-staffed that definitely got in the way. Our insurance company even remarked that they usually did not have such issues. All-in-all, they did a great job and we are satisfied. We would definitely go back in the future if needed - but hopefully not, lol."

"Did not complete the work agreed for the full bill paid. All parts were provided to finish the work. Yet they decided it was okay to just put the parts in the car instead of on the car as agreed. I am not confrontational so I did not argue with those that worship greed and money. Will not recommend. Shop else where."
