"Very very rude customer service. I went on a Sunday and it was the first I been here. I was really looking forward to some rib tips or a pork steak at least not knowing that they have a separate menu for Sundays which is fine. But the lady at the window was so horribly rude that I lost my appetite and walked right back out. When I first approached her, I said hello she just looked at me and I told her what I wanted she said this is the Sunday menu this all we got right here for Sunday I said okay I need a minute to look at the list so she slammed the little window. Ma'am if you're seeing this I really hope you work on your people skills. No wonder it was only one other customer there."

"My wife and I ordered a Catfish plate and a Rib Tip plate. The food was delicious. Today 10-21-23. I called and ordered a Rib Tip Sandwich. It was great both days. Best barbecue in The STL."
"I called first to see what sides were available, the man who answered was so rude and not friendly at all. I didn’t even want to order at first but tried to look pass because of the good reviews. I got the fried catfish platter with baked beans and fried okra. It was ok. The baked beans tasted like they came out a can, no flavor at all. The fried okra breading was too thick and not crispy, I didn’t even eat any of it. The catfish was good. Probably won’t be back no special flavors."
