Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"They were pretty quick to get us in, got to stay in our van. Brought our own oil & oil filter. Will return for our next oil change in 5000 miles again with our own oil & filter."

"As soon as I pulled in my daughter had to go to the restroom. Took her in their public restroom and it was filthy. The smell was unbearable to the point my daughter almost vomit. Took her walking to a different place across the street. By the time I got back they were done but spilled a quart of oil on the engine. Ever since I left there has been an oil smell in my car and a burning smell from the oil spilt on the engine even after I had the engine cleaned. Go to the dealer don't waste time at a valvoline"

"Usually pretty good place to go but last time I was there they did not have 10 w 30 conventional at all. I was just told you can do the synthetic but it's like $79. I asked if you could split the difference and they said no."

"Came in to get my emissions and I knew it was first come, first serve. I called ahead at noon and they said it was a 2 hour wait. When I got there they said the same thing. Ended up being closer to 3 hours but I needed it done and this afternoon was my only time off. The staff was so friendly and I know they felt terrible having to turn others away but I appreciate that they were able to get me in and Dave stayed late to get everyone that was given a spot in line! They worked hard when cars came in to get their oil changed. I know only certain people are certified to run the inspections, so that makes the wait long when it’s close to the end of the month. Great staff and experience even with having to wait!"

"The people working here were very knowledgeable, I have a Tdi vehicle which requires specific oil, and they already were on it from the moment I pulled in, to make sure they had it. The tech pointed out several items and services they could offer, but most importantly was not pushy. Simply very professional and knowledgeable staff. I will be returning for the foreseeable future to get my car serviced here."
