"I had checked my oil level prior to having it checked at the business it's self. It was low. I asked to have my oil and tire levels checked. They pulled the oil stick out and put it back in and closed the hood. I already knew beforehand that my oil level was pretty low.about one quart. They were going to send me off with low oil level. After he closed the hood I told him I knew my oil level was low and about when I had checked it myself. His reply was I didn't know you wanted me to fill it I thought you were in a hurry. What the hell kind of reply is that. I'm going to have to have my tires checked somewhere else. Was my property and my well being put in jeopardy. Possibly.i am just dumbfounded at the negligence me and my car were put in by this incompetence of your staff. Then I spoke to the manager over the phone. That was interesting on its own level. I explained explicitly what occurred. He tried to constantly flip my words on me. He finally realized I was not going to let him.after six minutes of back and forth with him did I finally get some sort of acknowledgement from him. I will never return. I promise."
