"I took my CTS in to get inspected. The car would not pass and they had to order a part. My car was left outside and on Thanksgiving morning at 11AM thieves stole my tires and wheels and dented my fender. The bad news for me is that my insurance has to pay. When you sign a work order the fine print absolves the dealer of responsibility if the car is left outside. I had to pay a 500 dollar deductible for the new set of wheels and tires which came in mounted and ready to go. To add insult to injury I was charged 100 dollars to put the new wheels on the car and I had to pay 75 dollars for the wrecker to pick my car off the ground. No gate at the dealer and nobody monitoring the security system. I will not do any business with Bommarito dealers in St. Louis."
