Break Time

"Had a problem with our pizza a month ago. They called and apologized. So we tried it again. Asked for extra cheese and after paying she informed me they are out of mozzarella cheese.i don't know how a pizza place could be out of cheese. Then I got home and the pizza was not cut and burned. I think the employees are not being trained and the manager is not doing their job. It's ashamed they have a new building but I question the management."

"I love break time. Gas prices are the best. Clean store and restrooms. Great drinks, snacks, and friendly employees."

"The food here is not bbq. frozen reheated meats that tasted freezer burnt. soggy buns topped with soggy bbq meat not very appealing. Some staff are not very friendly and I have witnessed what I assumed to be management scolding employees at the counter while employees are dealing with customers. The lady behind the counter looked like she was embarrassing by the incident. Other time employees act like its an inconvenience to stop there conversations to assist a customer. I have stopped going here all together."

"Faye has always been rude to me and treated me and talked to me like I'm 2. She isn't friendly to anyone that I've seen. She does not need to be in the customer service field at all. Maybe if you take her off the front your customers would start coming back. She is the reason I don't come more often. She takes 10 to 15 minutes to check out 3 people and I don't have time for that. I have been a loyal customer since you opened and I absolutely love everything about this place. Faye is bringing down the positive atmosphere of this place. That's why I gave you guys 2 stars instead of 5."

"I was quite impressed with the cleanliness of the store as a whole. The attendance were nice. It was easy to get in and out of. You could tell that it was well-maintained, and that the workers there enjoyed the opportunity to be employed there. I was quite impressed with it and will certainly plan to stop here on my next trip through."
