"Be careful purchasing Lilly Pulitzer garments/items. I had several garments that the fabric was so thin that after 1 wash there was several holes that happened. I reached out to the company and they were unwilling to stand behind their items. So disappointed in the turn around of this company. I used to purchase a lot of the garments when I lived in Florida and it's been in the last year that the quality has gone WAY down."

"I used to love Lilly, until I wasn’t hired as a manager because I was pregnant. An acquaintance of mine who worked at the store told me I unofficially had the job after they reviewed my resume, and when I came in for an interview visibly pregnant, the hiring manager’s attitude completely changed. Very sad because I didn’t expect this from the Lilly brand."

"Very rude! I made a phone call to the store on my birthday to locate an item that I have been desperately trying to find. A friend of mine told me they had it and to give them a call. The associate on the phone was terrible. I was barely able to finish my sentence before I was told that she refused to help any customers over the phone today, she did not have time and that unless it was a full price item and I could come to the store that she would not be helping me. I have never had a corporate Lilly store associate be this rude."
