"I’ve never had any problems here. They are usually on top of it. The staff is always very friendly and they seem to pay attention to the order. Also, if you’re getting to go there pretty good at not messing up your order and having it ready when you come in to pick it up, which is very important for people on the tight time schedule."

"It's a Jersey Mike's. Get a sub Mike's way and grab a handful of napkins, you will have an excellent time, and probably a small amount of heartburn. It's a sandwich shop, so theres not a whole lot so say about it. The staff was quick to prepare my food, and the restaurant was very clean. What more can you ask for? I'll be back for a #5 Mike's way."

"Person at cashier didn’t greet me when I went to pickup my order. However he greeted the 2 people ahead of me standing near the register and pick up stand. He also greeted customers after me. Everyone including the manager starred at me for several minutes as they helped and served 3-4 walk-in customers. The final person in the sandwich assembly said rudely to me was I waiting on something? I said yeah to be acknowledged/greeted and I need my pickup order. Oh boy I shouldn’t have said that they purposefully did a few more customers sandwiches out of spite. Common dominator was most of the other customers were white and I’m not. I see where my money is welcomed. I’ll be sure to let others know what I think of Jersey Mikes. Slightly better Jimmy John’s, just zero customer service and most likely racist. I guess that’s ‘Mikes Way’"

"First time ever trying a Jersey Mike's the staff a nice as can be very busy, but still smiling and getting along with each other such a bounce to see a happy staff. So many people showing up bitter to their jobs anymore. I really enjoyed my sandwich and the other two people I picked up for. You NOW have a new customer. Only issue is how small it is maybe get rid of one of the high-tops, can't imagine anyone wanting to enjoy their food while others standing in line at your table. But being New and going into a spot I'm sure your hands were tied. Looking forward to my next sub !!"
