"My girlfriend asked me to get her a powdered donut this morning. I called Dunkin in Richmond Heights twice and they didn’t answer. When I called this location they answered immediately and Dominic helped me by setting aside a powdered donut. Excellent customer service from Dominic! And the coffee and donuts tasted great too."

"Only have enough staff/space to service the drive thru window one at a time, so making delivery drivers come up to the walk up window makes no sense, they are representing a paying customer too and it feels discriminatory. I will not accept orders from this location anymore, the order is never ready on time anyway and you will wait"

"Tried to give this location a few chances. Was excited to have one less than a mile from me. But the quality is awful. Had to throw away an order of hashbrowns after one bite. Soggy and burnt, not edible. Grease dripping off everything in a wrap and ruined clothes. Today my husband went after I placed a mobile order. The employee was rude and said they were out of caramel for our drinks and closed the window. He came back to the window after my husband sat there awhile and he asked to just cancel the order. The employee said we had to do it. Just overall bad experiences here and that’s unfortunate because I love Dunkin at other locations. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Grabbed a coffee and three donuts. I loved the little gift bag the donuts came in but was not offered or given napkins. I ordered a jelly for myself and while it was fresh, there was maybe a tablespoon of jelly inside."

"Ordered a side of hash browns with an iced caramel macchiato. There isn’t a spec of caramel swirl in the drink, and the hash browns are burnt and disgusting. Definitely won’t be wasting my money there again. Also wish they would finish both the entrance and exit to this location because the single entrance for the entire parking lot is below par."
