"I keep returning to the Mid Rivers Mall Dr location because it’s a convenient location and service is great. Quick turnaround on the oil change too. Someone named Derrick (spelling?) demonstrated exceptional service this week and I wanted to give him a shout-out."

"I wish I could give these guys less than one star. Rolled in with a 2023 Ford F250. I brought the correct oil filter with me just in case but that didn’t help my situation. Take fives representative was unable to find a 2023 F250 in their system. I reiterated that I already had a filter so all I needed was oil and the labor to do the job they told me to move on as they were not capable of performing a simple oil change. I asked why and was told they didn’t know how much oil to put in. Didn’t matter that I have an owners manual, or that that information is easily available via the Internet. Pathetic but not really surprising in this post Covid subpar employee environment. Update: I left a message after “owner” responded that they wanted to make things right. Never returned my call."

"I always enjoy how pleasant the employees are. I asked to double check that all tires were filled and knew they weren’t based on tire pressure readout but service person was not honest as only two had been filled. Costs a little extra for convenience, but that always does!"
